The Advocates for Human Rights believes that each one of us has a part to play in defending human rights. We provide training and technical assistance to partners, clients, and volunteers to build the global human rights movement.

Our trainings focus on key human rights skills and knowledge, drawing and are grounded in the expertise of our staff. When our clients experience injustice, we provide training to help them change the systems that perpetuate those injustices. When our partners report barriers to safety and security, they rely on our technical assistance to identify the gaps in legal protections and develop solutions.

Through our trainings, we support human rights defenders worldwide in creating lasting, effective improvements and building a more just world.

Registration is required to access our trainings.

1. Browse our training catalog and read the summary of each training by clicking the button.
2. Register if you haven’t already. When you click the training link on the summary page, you’ll be prompted to register. You can also register directly by clicking the Register button at the top right of the screen.
3. Request access to additional trainings if you're already registered but need access to more trainings. When you log in, you can click the Access New Trainings button in your Training Library dashboard to send an email to the Training team. You can also click the Manage Access button at the top right of the screen.
