International Mechanism Submissions

This report addresses North Macedonia's progress with its human rights obligations regarding gender-based violence (GBV) against women and domestic violence (DV); discrimination against women; and the right to healthcare. The information and analysis provided in this report derives from the expertise of the National Network to End Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence (National Network), who have been actively involved in the drafting of laws regarding violence against women and have provided specialized services for women and children victims of gender-based violence and domestic violence.
