This report is a follow-up to the 2014 report detailing the treatment of immigrants and refugees in Minnesota, as documented in The Advocates' research report, Moving from Exclusion to Belonging: Immigrant Rights in Minnesota Today. Both reports evaluate this treatment in light of the United States' obligations under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
