The Biden Admin must not use SCOTUS decision to justify arbitrary detention

In light of the recent supreme court decision in Johnson v. Guzman (buff.ly/3y1iEfH), we join our partner organizations in calling for the US to not hold people in prolonged and arbitrary detention in violation of human rights standards.
