2021 In Review
2021 has been a year of great challenges and opportunities for human rights. Over 1,500 volunteers joined us in the human rights movement. Together, we have closed legal loopholes to improve protections for survivors of sexual violence. We have welcomed over 500 Afghan evacuees and helped them navigate the immigration legal system. We released reports on the growing opposition to the Istanbul Convention and women's rights across Central and Eastern Europe and human rights abuses faced by immigrants detained in Minnesota jails. All of this is possible thanks to our community.
